Privacy notice
Elite Trader is an independent website that connects to your Deriv account through Deriv's official sign-in. We never see or store your Deriv password, and we do not store your login token.
What we record, only if you say yes

If you choose No thanks, nothing about your trading is recorded. Market tick data we analyse is public and contains no personal data.
Elite AI questions
Questions you type into Elite AI are sent to an AI provider (Groq, or Cloudflare Workers AI as a fallback) to produce the answer. We log only which provider answered and whether it worked, never your question. Do not type personal details into Elite AI. Elite AI gives general information, not financial advice, and cannot place trades.
Who processes the data
Cloudflare (website and server functions) and Supabase (database). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to see, correct or erase your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Erasing removes your account record and every stored contract at once. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Works in the browser where you are signed in to Elite Trader. This cannot be undone.
